Effect: (What would happen if this jutsu completes/succeeds in hitting the opponent? Also, what damage would it do to someone at a higher skill then them, or a lower skill?)The user can sink down through a puddle or other shallow ater and hide there,under the thin water will be small air filled space, so you can breath, unless somebody else knows thsi jtusu, they can't hide under a puddle unless taken down by teh user.
