Shi no māku is too overpowered.
Kami no te I woudl say is, unusable as student. One post as Genin, 2 posts as Chunin, and 3 posts as Jonin or higher. ANd it shouldn't be too much electricity.
And Super Hot Twin Girl Jutsu..... Well I'm tired so do not remember exaclty what happens, all I remember is something similar to sexy jutsu.
