He was brought up and trained to fight at a young age before his village was exterminated, apart from him. He was brought up in the hidden leaf unaware of his potential power. He pushed himself always to become a better student. Pushing himself to become better than the others. He never felt he fit in though. One day he found out why. He had a secret. Something no one else had. A rare bloodline. A legendary one. He was also the inheritor of one blade. It was supposed to be a set but he would set out to find the others.

Either take Sharingan or Byakugan, one or the other, or just make them both permanently weak-average powered.

Also, a mystic dragon blade set is too much for a starting item, plus how many is there in a "set"?

Lol i agree there, both bloodlines together is OP, and plus, the Bio isnt really good enough. The blade set, no. Start with something simple like a food pill. You are an academy student lol...

That type of Sharingan might be a bit much, and I have a feeling Shikei might say something, but...

I am going to say approved for now. Shikei might have a problem with that stage of Sharingan right away, but hey, at least your approved now XD
