Bio: Dagoseye was kicked out of the small settlement he had lived on when his parents found out that he had the ability of Renneigan. He was also extremley clever and fast. When he was four he discoverd the uncanny ability to fight. Although he excelled at jutsu he wanted to refine his skills on tijutsu. He has massive amounts of chakra and can quite easily cast them however he had always loved the art of fighting.

Personality: Independant and instinctual

Abilities:

Tichacsu - Fights using chakra enfused blows. Can efine or expand the blow depending on what effect he wants

Boneless - allows the user to become extremley agile whilst at the same time being powerul. They can bend thier bodies in unimaginable ways

Other: He has never creid before in his life....Ever and he is also interested in becomeing medical ninja.

The abilities..Wow, OP even though they would be at a weak state. The first one is similar to shadow possession and next is like sharingan. The bio is also abit...well basically no outcast with the rinnegan would really be allowed in the village. So all you need to do is get rid of 1 ability, but change the one you have to something else, and change the bio abit.

I meant for it to be like the chakra they se to control puppets... And renniegan is supposed to enable you to do any jutsu but that wopuld be to over powerd...
