Effect:Hell Reaping Jutsu (Summons Shinigamis Unknown reaping Pole Arms that can be used to fight with in battle relying on his on chakra to weild. when his chakra runs dry or the weapon is moved far away from the user the weapon vanishes


Appearance: weapon is entered from the ground and while the ground cracks open the pole arm wepon appear and the ground is returned to normal wen the weapon vanishes

Hmm, pretty good, i would now put this as tier 3, so you wont have to write anything, all your doing is summoning a pole and has a list of weknesses, nice work.
