Each whirlwind goes so fast it makes the trapped target feel like they are being slashed by multiple bladed weapons.

Nasuke sits in his family's tree by their house on a steep hill. Nasuke breathed in and out evenly with his eyes closed as he often did when he meditated. The wind swirled around nasuke as he meditated then a kunai flew through the wind and sliced nasuke's cheek. He opened his eyes into a glare at the person who threw the kunai. "you want to die an early death, right senki? i'll give it to you" Nasuke activates the first stage of his bloodline as he jumps at his brother senki, increasing his speed and waves his hand, trapping senki in a small whirlwind and sends him flying down the hill. Senki throws more kunai at nasuke as he sails down the hill. Nasuke gets an idea and sends a whirlwind at the tree but it doesnt do anything. Nasuke had a good two minutes before he brother made it back up the hill to make this inspired jutsu work. A wind that can inflict damage to an enemy would be useful. Nasuke forced more chakra into his whirlwind and it left marks in the tree bark. "almost there" Senki was just reaching the killtop when nasuke made some handsigns and threw a small whirlwind in senki's direction. "go, kazeshini jutsu!" Senki's eyes widened as he was enveloped in the whirlwind. Using handsigns focused the chakra in the whirlwind better and brought out the desired result. As senki spun in the whirlwind, he took on cuts and scratches as if there were blades inside the wind. When he fell to the ground, nasuke walked over to him and picked up bleeding brother and carried him inside for his parents to heal him.
