Name: Dragon Howl
Requirements: Sword
Effect: Damages them and sends them flying
Appearance: Grabbing hold of his sword's handle, nasuke channels his chakra to his sword's blade while it's still in the sheath then he quickly unsheathes his sword halfway then resheathes it, releasing a shockwave that affects opponents within 20 feet of nasuke.
Rank: Genin and above
