Bloodline:
Stage 1: Eyes turn from blue to yellow with no pupil. Speed increases to 1.5x and user gains slight control over wind element. He can create small breezes without handsigns but nothing like whirlwinds.

Stage 2: Yellow eye develops triangle pupil. Wind control increases, user can create gusts of wind and small tornados. User's sight decreases, vision is foggy but all other senses increase, allowing the user to sense their opponent's movement up 50m to their body. Speed increases to double.

Stage 3: Eyes turn completely black and develop a compass in the middle of the eyes. User loses sight completely, all other senses increase greatly, allowing the user to clearly sense enemy movement up to 250 m from their body. Sight diminshes with each use and chakra is steadily drained, making this stage a last resort. Speed increases to maximum, resulting in 2.5x speed.

Burden/Weakness: Causes great strain to body and eyes if used too long

History: This clan was founded in the deserts of sunagakure but a certain incident caused the clan to migrate to konohagakure where they now reside.

Hm, overpowered abit to much, maybe you could not have the next two steps until a higher rank and ulso bring the fspeed down on them, abit to fast even for a jonin lol, max i would say is probably x2.5 speed.

Yeah approved, its much better, your speed is better than other people, but thats fair if thats your bloodline.
