Steel skin

Slade had been practicing a certain jutsu for a while now. It was the jutsu known as Steel Skin jutsu, as far as he knew, no one had used it yet, and he thought he would take the opportunity to learn how to make it. Standing in the back yard of an abandoned building, Slade had a smirk on his face as he learned it in secret, feeling himself getting closer and closer to achieving it, knowing how useful it woulf be against some of the more powerful moves that might be brought down upon him.

Bringing his hand together in a sign, his skin turned grey, a shiny grey for about two seconds, before flashing back to his normal skin colour, he had almost got it. Almost got the move done. It was hard, frustrating, but Slade was hard to annoy, hard to frustrate, so he had the patience for this kind of thing. He had patience for things that mattered to him only, and this mattered to him, he wanted to learn this badly.

Building his chakra before slamming his hands together again, his body turned grey, then back to normal, then grey, before staying grey for multiple seconds, staying in it's strong, steel form for around five seconds straight, making him impenetrable as he did it, a grin on his face, glad to finally achieve it after countless minutes of attempting the damn jutsu.

He knew in his head it would be worth it, worth it when he was able to fend off a devastating move with it, and he had hoped it would, he would be quite annoyed if he learned it for no reason at all! Walking out into the open streets, a smirk on his face, a sneaky smirk that said that he had learned something that possibly no one else knew. How he loved it.
