Name: Zero Burst
Requirements: Sword
Effect: Damages the opponent, when charged for one turn, 25% damage is inflicted, two turns- 50%, three turns- 75%, four turns- maximum damage is inflicted
Appearance: Nasuke focuses his chakra to the tip of his sword and points it straight out at the opponent then fires a large cone shaped blast. The attack grows stronger the longer it is charged.
Rank: Genin and above

Accepted, I would say tier 1, nice work.
Also, do not train to get this until everyone has the chance to get a new jutsu (2 is the max amount of jutsu you could of made up to this point) so when the time comes, feel free to train for this.
